Vegan Pancakes ~ Homemade ~ Easy!
Easy 5 ingredient eggless, flourless vegan pancakes that are heart healthy!
you can use quick or rolled oats
you could use any plantbased milk
Into a blender add 1 cup of oats. You can use quick or rolled oats
Add 1 cup of water or plant-based milk.
Add 1 tablespoon of flax seed meal (flax seed ground).
Add 1 teaspoon of cinnamon,
You can add 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup of any fruit (optional).
Mix with blender and let it sit for about 5 minutes.
Preheat a nonstick pan and pour in 3 medium size pancakes. Let it sit for about 5 to 10 minutes per side.
When done just add additional fruit of your choice and pure maple syrup.
