Instructions
  1. Into a blender add 1 cup of oats. You can use quick or rolled oats
  2. Add 1 cup of water or plant-based milk.
  3. Add 1 tablespoon of flax seed meal (flax seed ground).
  4. Add 1 teaspoon of cinnamon,
  5. You can add 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup of any fruit (optional).
  6. Mix with blender and let it sit for about 5 minutes.
  7. Preheat a nonstick pan and pour in 3 medium size pancakes. Let it sit for about 5 to 10 minutes per side.
  8. When done just add additional fruit of your choice and pure maple syrup.
