  1. In the processor put 1 cup of shredded coconut, 2/3 cup of medjool dates, 1-1/3 cup of walnuts, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 2 tablespoons flax see, 1 teaspoon of maple syrup.
  2. Mix until clumping it together, then dump in the pie plate and press into the pie plate.
  3. Cut up 4 to 5 peaches and put in the food processor until little chunks. Then cut up as many peaches to cover the pie, usually 6 to 10 depending on the size. Add a teaspoon of cinnamon and 2 teaspoons of maple syrup. Hand mix them together.
  4. Pour the sauce and peaches on top of the pie crust. Let it sit for overnight if you can, lol!
